Privacy Notice on the Protection and Processing of Personal Data

In accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), we process your personal data as the “Data Controller” within the purposes and limits explained below.

  • It is expressly provided for by law,
  • It is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract,
  • It is necessary for our Company to fulfil its legal obligation,
  • Processing is necessary for the legitimate interests of our Company, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject.

5. Rights of the Data Subject under Article 11 of the KVKK

As a data subject, by applying to our Company you have the right to:

  • Learn whether your personal data is processed,
  • Request information if it has been processed,
  • Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose,
  • Know the third parties to whom it is transferred, in Türkiye or abroad,
  • Request correction if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly,
  • Request its erasure or destruction under the conditions set out in Article 7 of the KVKK,
  • Object to a result arising to your detriment from the analysis of the processed data exclusively by automated systems,
  • Claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.
